Time and Stress Management in the
Workplace
Managing an increasing workload combined with
workplace stress can impact on the performance and wellbeing of individuals,
teams and businesses. Although some causes of such pressure are non-work
related, the effects are still felt in the workplace.
This course offers
delegates the tools to recognise personal signs of stress, and a practical and
realistic selection of Time Management Techniques and stress busters, from which
at least one should work for each individual.
