Managers are expected to be vigilant and professional at all times. Encouraging and managing diversity in the workplace has tremendous benefits to employees, the Organisation and Customers. Establishing and promoting a diverse culture is essential for all.

The updated discrimination laws support this and the legal implications of unacceptable behaviours and ‘Failure to Comply’ carry strong penalties for both individuals and the employer.
