With effect from 1st October 2004, new statutory procedures for Disciplinary & Grievance cases were introduced.
They are compulsory for employers and employees and define a minimum standard of practice. There are legal implications to both if they are not followed.
The Disciplinary Procedures are designed to provide the following:
* Clear framework to deal with difficult situations
* Ensure everyone is treated in the same way in similar circumstances
This half-day workshop will ensure that managers conduct each stage of a disciplinary or grievance in accordance with the best practice guidelines.
