Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures

With effect from 1st October 2004, new statutory procedures for Disciplinary & Grievance cases were introduced.

They are compulsory for employers and employees and define a minimum standard of practice. There are legal implications to both if they are not followed.

The Disciplinary Procedures are designed to provide the following:

* Clear framework to deal with difficult situations
* Ensure everyone is treated in the same way in similar circumstances

This half-day workshop will ensure that managers conduct each stage of a disciplinary or grievance in accordance with the best practice guidelines.


Who Should Attend?

All managers who are not familiar with the new procedures or who would like a refresher. This course will be adapted to reflect your working practices and include relevant case studies to support.
