Coaching Skills for Managers

Coaching is a skill. Coaching done well is a personal development experience.

Coaching skills are widely recognised and applied by today’s managers as a means of developing their team to its ultimate potential.

Coaching is a joint agreement between two individuals with an agreed objective and the steps needed to achieve it. Team members or peers need to be supported and guided if they are to achieve their optimum level of performance and personal satisfaction from their journey to and the achievement of their goal.
